The Brownie went to my Son and his girlfriend for his Birthday. It arrived on the day safely at their apartment . Having had exploding bakery brownie before myself, I can say it is delicious !
Delivered next day. Love this at our local cafe and tried making it to their recipe, but the ingredients cost as much as they sell it for!

Literally the most outrageously delicious brownie I have ever had the good fortune to taste! I order brownies regularly as gift treats for friends (and occasionally myself) and I stumbled across the Exploding Bakery guys some months ago when I spotted their incredible cakes and brownies on Instagram. I have ordered various products from them and every time have been blown away by the exceptionally high quality. Their ranges are fantastic, and the box packaging and individual gift cards are brilliant. All round one of the most inspiring brands I have ordered from in a long time, and I look forward to ordering more of their wonderful treats for years to come!

It was not yet noon and I had already clocked 17,000 steps in Oxford, traipsing after the new fellow and her sisters. I was flagging. I spied this yummy & sustaining treat at the Weston library. The plan was to nibble just a corner to hold me until the next pub. Well you know how plans go! The US does not have this category of bake sorted whatsoever. Delicious, filling, not exactly a salad, but let’s call it reduced guilt. Provided me with enough energy for another few miles. Well done!
