Bought the recipe book for my sister, an avid baker. I was given an estimated delivery date and when it didn't arrive I contacted the company for an update as it was a present and I needed to make sure it would arrive in time. I received a lovely reply within a few hours assuring me it would arrive within very soon, giving details of sending. It arrived the next day. It was extremely well packaged and the book itself excellently presented. Made a great present and sister was thrilled. I am now looking forward to my first gifted traybake. 😊

Someone brought into work and I unfortunately only got hold of 3 pieces so I bought again for myself a few weeks later.

Lovely moist zingy cake with lots of lemon. Loved the crumbled pistachio on top. A rich and quite weighty cake so you don't need big portions. Generous size and beautifully packaged.
Excellent. As a retired home economics teacher I found it very easy to follow and just loved the choice of recipes.highly recommend and value for money.

Several of us enjoyed - more than once - the generous tray of this moist cake. Everyone was delighted and wanted more. So hopefully they will be ordering.

Just a joy to receive, loved the packaging, the look and feel of the book and read through the contents. Witty, informative and engaging. That’s before I even picked my first bake. I went for the carrot cake…. Went down a treat with my team at work. And the book got its first christening when a small bag of flour fell out of my cupboard landing in the carefully measured sunflower oil in the mixing bowl which decorated the book, the worktop, the cupboard door and the floor! A little oil goes a blooming long way. Doesn’t put me off though and my work colleagues have put in a request for lemon drizzle…. Somthat

I’ve made the lemon drizzle cake. The instructions are easy to follow and it was absolutely delicious.
I have made two cakes so far, the peanut and chocolate brownies and the fruit cake. Both were delicious. The cooking times were pretty spot on too.
The recipes look fabulous, have not made any yet as only had the Book a few days and not had time but can’t wait until I can. Just got to decide where to start.

I love this book. There is such a variety of recipes all in the same tin. I made the rhubarb crumble cake today for a function at work, everyone said it was very tasty and there were no leftovers 😁
How many baking tins do you have? How many times do you find a new recipe only to find that you don’t have the right size tin? Well worry no more the recipes in this cookbook all use the same size tin!! Fantastic! Yet to try a recipe but I’m sure it will be delicious :)
