First time i have used EB and from the start they were more than helpful - really quick at responding and I had made a mistake with my initial order which they were more than happy to amend for me. The cakes look home-baked and were really delicious. The ability to order vegan and gluten free cakes is what attracted me too. Point to note though if you're a bit cak-handed like me - ordering whole cakes like the carrot cake means you have to cut it yourself and i must have wasted a bit trying to make the squares even so note to self, only order pre-cut cakes in future! When I say waste however, I mean onto my plate and into my mouth! Will definitely be ordering again.

My husband is gluten free, dairy free, and can't believe we've found such a fab choice for him. So good that even I (who can have all the gluten and dairy I want!) choose it as my choice when we're out, as I don't want to miss out! The caramel is particularly epic... you could never tell it was made without butter! We have been so chuffed with our order, thank you :)

The Exploding Bakery Lemon Polenta & Pistachio Cake blows any other GF cake out of the water! Moist, flavourful & crumbly scrumptiousness.

These were delicious brownies, gorgeous pools of salted caramel. Overall with postage felt quite expensive for the amount you get - but you can tell it’s made with high quality ingredients and I think that’s unfortunately just what things cost now.

I once had this in a cafe in Baker Street Brighton and I had to ask where they came from because how could something this good be GF and vegan!! So glad I did. Ordered two trays from the exploding bakery and froze them so I’d always have some nice treats at home.
This was the perfect Easter treat for my godchildren. They got stacks of ordinary chocolate eggs, but this was a fascinating talking point for the whole weekend. It was delicious and i was fortunate to be one of the adults they chose to share it with. Well done EB. Another delicious triumph !
