Ordered letterbox brownies so they would be delivered through the letterbox and not require anyone to be in. Not so, delivery only made when someone there to receive, so arrived a day late. Maybe review delivery options? Brownies delicious apparently!

delicious cake, not too sweet, enjoyed by all at my birthday gathering. Can taste the quality ingredients, creativity and care :)

Flavours were good but cake was pretty dry. Even eaten immediately. Even heated. I'm not sure the recipe is a good one for posting.

I imagined the brownie would be dry as it would have been baked a few days before receiving it. Was I wrong!!!!! Shared the last piece 3 days after receiving it and it was still moist. Highly recommended.

The brownies were excellent but delivery was a disaster with package being found on the local Common. Your business is being badly let down by DPD - please address this for the sake of an excellent company

LOVE LOVE LOVE this cake! I’ve never been a fan of Xmas cake but received as a gift the year before, enjoyed it so much had to purchase for myself this time. Needless to say will be on my Xmas list this year also 👌🏽

Absolutely fantastic service throughout, even when I had mistakenly given my own address as the recipient. Soon rectified and goods delivered promptly. Recipients loved them. Will definitely order again and would highly recommend.

A really yummy traybake, perfect for two people over the Xmas period if you can last out that long! We didn't! The bakery send cakes out in the post, it arrived in tact and was well packaged. It is gluten free and contains nuts and dark chocolate. All very moreish and I shall be definitely be buying cakes from them again.

I regularly order from Tom and Ollie and their brilliant team at The Exploding Bakery and I just can’t shout about them loudly enough. Everything they bake and make is never anything less than totally delicious, fantastically presented, and delivered within days - no matter where I’m sending them. Their branding echoes a sense of fun and clearly comes from the passion inbuilt in everyone on the team, and the ideas and recipes for their cakes and brownies are inspirational. And YUM. Cannot recommend this brand more highly. So a huge thank you to everyone at EB for making so many of my friends happy! Suzi x

The cake is delicious however the picture is misleading , the frosty topping was only 1 mm thick with very few nuts .
As I am a fan of this type of topping I was very disappointed .
The other members of my family who tried the cake and are not gluten intolerant loved the cake also..

Everyone who ate this Brownie over Christmas wanted more. They all said it was the best Brownie they had tasted.

Thoroughly enjoyed the polenta cake. It did take another day to get to me though. You specified it had to be handed to me (which I understand) but the delivery time clashed with an appt and Evri wouldn’t leave it in my safe place. Neighbours were away so it had to be left at a drop-off point in another village. Got it eventually the next afternoon. Wonder if you could ask if would be ok for Evri to leave it (I was only away for a short time). Just a thought. None of this detracted from how nice the cake was though. 👍😃

So I bought a Christmas cake for my dad as an edd in to his Xmas present due to an email I got advertising it form exploding bakery and being a huge cake lover myself I ended up buying one for myself and my partner. The only sad thing I have about this cake is that my partner loves this as much as I do! It’s nutty, has chocolate flavours which hit just the right amount on your tastebuds followed by the juicy fruit, I mean as far as a 2025 Xmas cake goes you can’t ask for more! Don’t get me started on the frosting 🙌 10/10 from us and my dad was equally as impressed (sadly so no more for me!)

I purchased one of your gift box to forward to a family member, that included a book, a baking tin and a box of some of your wonderful products. I am awaiting to hear the results.
