Buttery almond flour in a torrent of raspberries and white chocolate. This slice speaks with a French accent and if it could, would probably wear a raspberry beret. A recipe evolved from a Friand, with textures alternating between gooey and spongy. This effect is achieved by incorporating melted white chocolate and almond cream (Frangipane) into the recipe.

Delivery and info

Delivered next day via DPD if ordered before 2pm (excluding Highlands and islands - we deliver to Mainland UK only and deliveries to Highlands take 2 days). Orders shipped Monday to Thursday. We charge £3.95 per delivery and offer free delivery for all orders over £25.

Please note that letterbox brownies are delivered via Royal Mail, however we can't guarantee items to be delivered through a letterbox. DPD deliveries will not be left at the door for security reasons. If the recipient isn't present, the parcel will be taken to the nearest collection point.

Deliveries arrive ambient and can be refrigerated or frozen on arrival.

FAQs

Do you have gluten free cakes?
Yes we do, we have a range of different Gluten Free cakes and some Dairy Free, plus Vegan cakes.
Why do you freeze your cakes?
The main reason we do this is to protect the cake during transit and it ensures the cake arrives in one piece. Cake is very fragile. Freezing also preserves flavour and prolongs the shelf life without damaging the structure of cake. We can't tell the difference between a cake that's been frozen cake and one that's hasn't.
Do you have a minimum order?
We don't but we offer free shipping on orders over £100. Some of our distributors do. You can find their details on the Trade page.
