Buttery almond flour in a torrent of raspberries and white chocolate. This slice speaks with a French accent and if it could, would probably wear a raspberry beret. A recipe evolved from a Friand, with textures alternating between gooey and spongy.This effect is achieved by incorporating melted white chocolate and almond cream (Frangipane) into the recipe.

Delivery and info

Delivered next day via DPD if ordered before 2pm (excluding Highlands and islands - we deliver to Mainland UK only and deliveries to Highlands take 2 days). Orders shipped Monday to Thursday. We charge £3.95 per delivery and offer free delivery for all orders over £25.

Please note that we can't guarantee items to be delivered through a letterbox and they may be left at the door instead. Deliveries arrive ambient and can be refrigerated or frozen on arrival.

What allergens are used in your bakery?
The following allergens are all used on site - peanuts, nuts, sesame, flour (gluten), milk, soya. We store allergens separately and always make sure we do a thorough clean down between the different products that we make. We do not recommend our products to coeliacs or anyone who has a severe allergy to any of the allergens above. Please check the information on the product page for full ingredients lists.
Where do you ship and do you do same day shipping?
We ship to mainland UK only as we want to make sure your cake arrives super quick and fresh. We only offer next day delivery (2 day delivery to Highlands) if the order has been placed before 2pm. We deliver Tuesday-Friday. You can also choose a future delivery date provided it falls between Tuesday-Friday.
What if I'm not in?
No problem. You can choose a safe place for your delivery driver to leave your order, then collect it when you get home. It's really easy to do this, here's how: When placing your order DPD will send you a tracking link where you can add delivery instructions. DPD will also send you a delivery time window on the day so you'll know when to expect your brownie to arrive. Please note that our brownies have a very long shelf life and will keep fresh even if you have missed a delivery. If you haven't left instructions and miss a delivery, DPD will either automatically deliver the next day or take your item to a neaby shop where you can collect it.
