Here's our limited edition 'Maple & Pecan Friand' cake from our Bake It Easy book. 

Inspired by using up that bottle of maple syrup that can really linger in your cupboard like a guest who’s outstayed their welcome. Maple syrup brings out that deep, nutty flavour and matches perfectly with its best mate, the pecan. Finally, we chucked in some ground almonds bringing bags of flavour and texture to this floaty, moist sponge.

Delivery and info

Delivered next day via DPD if ordered before 2pm (excluding Highlands and islands - we deliver to Mainland UK only and deliveries to Highlands take 2 days). Orders shipped Monday to Thursday. We charge £3.95 per delivery and offer free delivery for all orders over £25.

Please note that letterbox brownies are delivered via Royal Mail, however we can't guarantee items to be delivered through a letterbox. DPD deliveries will not be left at the door for security reasons. If the recipient isn't present, the parcel will be taken to the nearest collection point.

Deliveries arrive ambient and can be refrigerated or frozen on arrival.

What allergens are used in your bakery?
The following allergens are all used on site - peanuts, nuts, sesame, flour (gluten), milk, soya. We store allergens separately and always make sure we do a thorough clean down between the different products that we make. We do not recommend our products to coeliacs or anyone who has a severe allergy to any of the allergens above. Please check the information on the product page for full ingredients lists.
Are any of the cakes vegan, gluten free or dairy free?
Most of our cake is gluten free and we also have vegan products available. Please check the product ingredients in the shop. Vegan products will be marked with a (V) and gluten free with a (gf)
Can I send cakes and brownies as a present to a friend?
You sure can! All our cakes and brownies will be sent beautifully packaged with no receipts. You can also choose a free gift message and a card to go with which will be handwritten by us.
