Let’s be honest, our cakes taste banging straight out the box. But give them a little glow up with the right toppings, and suddenly you'll be creating a FOMO amongst your customers.  A swirl of cream here, a scatter of berries there, it’s the difference between 'that looks nice' and 'I NEED that in my mouth right now'.

Here's some of our recommendations for our cake range.

1. Lemon Polenta + Mascarpone = Match Made in Pudding Heaven

Our Lemon Polenta Cake is zesty and golden with a perfect crumb, scattered with vibrant green pistachio. Spoon on a dollop of mascarpone and suddenly it’s got that 'weekend dessert' energy. Want to go the extra mile? Add a swirl of lemon curd or a twist of candied lemon peel.

2. Vegan Banana Bread That’s Anything But Basic

This loaf is already plant based brilliance, but you can level it up with coconut yoghurt, toasted coconut flakes, and a drizzle of olive oil or agave. It goes from 'wholesome snack' to a staple brunch menu item in 10 seconds. Here's some more vegan Banana Bread pudding ideas.

3. Raspberry & White Chocolate Frangipane Gets Fruity

Sure, it’s pretty on its own: pink, golden, all almondy. But now picture it with a scoop of whipped cream and a handful of fresh raspberries. Tart, sweet, creamy. Boom. It basically sells itself.

4. Brownies That Mean Business

The Exploding Brownie is a fudgy little beast: rich, chocolatey, almondy and slightly dangerous. Heat it gently, top it with whipped cream and a few dark cherries, and you’ve got a full-blown pudding worthy of any menu. Add a curl of dark chocolate if you’re feeling fancy.

5. Mix Up the Counter Like a Colour Wheel

Don’t just think flavour (although our cakes are all about that).  Think visuals. Stack your slices so there’s contrast: dark brownie next to citrusy loaf, fruity frangipane next to a different shape banana bread loaf. Use garnishes to make it pop: a dusting of icing sugar, a twist of citrus, a fresh berry or two.

6. Label It Like You Mean It

If you’re adding mascarpone, coconut yoghurt, or fresh fruit, say so. On a sign. In big letters. People love a topping. It sounds luxe. It looks special. It justifies the price. And it gives your staff something exciting to chat about .
