Raving Raspberries

Raspberries add flavoursome and juicy kick to our bakes, such as our White Chocolate & Raspberry Frangipane Cake and the Raspberry brownie. Their tartness balances the sweetness of our bases, making every mouthful a delight. We've gone all creative by using home made raspberry pate de fruit in our Raspberry Brownie.

Bold Blackcurrants

We weren't quite sure how our customers would welcome blackcurrants in a cake but we were curious enough to trial our idea and it turns out it's a hit! Blackcurrants seem to be the unsung heroes of our berry lineup. Their deep, tart flavour adds a bold twist and colour to our Blackcurrant Frangipane cake. It's like taking in a mouthful of summer in one bite.
