This is one of The Exploding Bakery's Greatest Hits under the name Lumberjack Cake. Here we've made a remixed version with a Miso Butterscotch topping to add some deep umami bass to complement those sweet harmonies.
Tis the season for apples, so we've used three different British varieties to give a variety of flavour and texture. Think Sticky Toffee Pudding, but with a ton of texture.
Serve warm with custard or cream.
