Why do you freeze your cakes?
The main reason we do this is to protect the cake during transit and it ensures the cake arrives in one piece. Cake is very fragile. Freezing also preserves flavour and prolongs the shelf life without damaging the structure of cake. We can't tell the difference between a cake that's been frozen cake and one that's hasn't.
The trade cake stock is low on your website - how can I order your cakes?

What allergens are used in your bakery?
The following allergens are all used on site - peanuts, nuts, sesame, flour (gluten), milk, soya. We store allergens separately and always make sure we do a thorough clean down between the different products that we make. We do not recommend our products to coeliacs or anyone who has a severe allergy to any of the allergens above. Please check the information on the product page for full ingredients lists.
