Plain flour (WHEAT, calcium carbonate, iron, nicotinamide, thiamine), caster sugar, free range EGGS, granulated sugar, crème fraîche (cream (MILK), skimmed MILK, bacterial starter culture), lemon & honey marmalade (7.5%) (sugar, lemons (33%), honey (12%), gelling agent: fruit pectin, citric acid: acidity regulator), salted butter (MILK, salt), lemon juice (6%), olive oil blend (refined olive oil, extra virgin olive oil), lemon zest (1%), salt, baking powder (WHEAT starch, E450, E500).

Delivery and info

Delivered next day via DPD if ordered before 2pm (excluding Highlands and islands - we deliver to Mainland UK only and deliveries to Highlands take 2 days). Orders shipped Monday to Friday. We charge £6.50 per delivery and offer free delivery for all orders over £120. There is an additional £10 fee for Saturday delivery.

Deliveries arrive ambient and can be refrigerated or frozen on arrival. Please note that delivery times are out of our control. DPD may deliver up until 6pm. If you need your cakes to arrive before 1pm, please get in touch info@expodingbakery.com for a customised quote.

Please note that letterbox brownies are delivered via Royal Mail, however we can't guarantee items to be delivered through a letterbox. DPD deliveries will not be left at the door for security reasons. If the recipient isn't present, the parcel will be taken to the nearest collection point.

Do you make selection boxes with different flavours of brownies?
Sorry, we don't have these available at the moment. If you want to try a couple of flavours, add them in your basket and take advantage on our free shipping offer an all orders of £25 and over.
Where do you ship and do you do same day shipping?
We ship to mainland UK only as we want to make sure your cake arrives super quick and fresh. We only offer next day delivery (2 day delivery to Highlands) if the order has been placed before 2pm. We deliver Tuesday-Saturday. Saturday delivery has an additional £10 fee. You can also choose a future delivery date provided it falls between Tuesday-Saturday.
Do you have gluten free cakes?
Yes we do, we have a range of different Gluten Free cakes and some Dairy Free, plus Vegan cakes.
