Exploding Bakery X Tala
When we kicked off round two of book writing with Bake It Easy, we had one mission: find baking tins to handle every recipe in the book, stand the test of time. That's when we hit up 'Tala'.
We wanted to be working with a well loved, UK based company as sticking to our values has always been non-negotiable. With that sorted, it was full steam ahead, because writing a book is hard enough without dodgy bakeware slowing us down.

Tala has been kitting out kitchens since 1899, making it one of the oldest and most trusted baking brands in the UK. Born in Birmingham, it started with tinplate bakeware and quickly became a household name for everything from measuring scales to iconic icing sets. Generations of bakers have sworn by Tala’s sturdy, no-nonsense gear, proving that good tools never go out of style. Over a century later, Tala is still all about quality and tradition.
