This September, The Pilgrm Hotel in London's picturesque Paddington borough will host a sensational Cake Takeover featuring our banging Exploding Bakery bakes. Whether you're a guest or just stopping by, you can cozy up with a cup of Monmouth Coffee and scoff down a slice of our Paddington Brownie, which we've specifically created for the cake takeover. This one-off treat, infused with marmalade, pays homage to everyone's favourite bear and is packed with Colombian chocolate, capturing the essence of Paddington's tangy orange preserve and his journey from South America. (We're all eagerly anticipating the new film, Paddington in Peru). Also, guests staying for the first weekend of September will find Paddington Brownie Bites in their room as a little treat. If you are unable to make the journey to London and taste our brownie, fear not, the Paddington Brownie can come to you. We have a limited amount of stock to send your way in the post. Located just across the road from Paddington Station, The Pilgrm Hotel offers a perfect pit stop for Great Western Railway (GWR) travellers. Much like Paddington Bear's legendary pilgrimage to London, rail travellers can embrace the spirit of adventure and discovery by dropping into The Pilgrm Hotel. The hotel's incredible brunch menu will also feature our banana bread, where their chef has created a banana bread french toast dish, served with Nutella, honey, rosemary glazed pears, roasted hazelnuts, a scoop of ice cream and chocolate sauce. Whether you're staying for a night or two or simply in need of a great coffee and a delicious slice of cake, you're in for a treat.

Back in 2011, when we first opened our cafe, we served Monmouth Coffee, with its rich, balanced flavours. It's exciting to see our paths cross once again, coming full circle, united by our shared love of exceptional coffee and baked goods.
