Why Exploding Bakery?
We make handmade wholesale cakes for independent cafés, coffee shops, farm shops and hospitality businesses across the UK. Our traybakes and loaf cakes are designed for busy counters, with reliable portioning, good shelf life and flavours made with properly good ingredients.

Alongside our core range, we regularly release limited-edition Cake Drops. They’re a chance to keep the counter interesting with new flavours and seasonal cakes, without having to permanently expand your range.
