Raspberry & White Chocolate Bakewell
This sexy slice speaks with a French accent and if it could, would probably wear a raspberry beret. We evolved the recipe from a French Friand and Anglicised the frangipane by dressing it up as a cake from the North of England, but we left out the shortcrust pastry underwear.
