ALMONDS

The Llopis family have been farming Almonds in Alicante for over 80 years. Llopis have a commitment towards quality, but also have a firm grasp on sustainability and social responsibility. Using ground almonds instead of flour helps bring more flavour and texture to the party.

 

SALT

How good can salt be? Ours comes from our friends in Anglesea at Halen Môn. Without this addition on backing vocals, the rest of the ingredients don't sing in such beautiful harmony. That's why we use the best salt in the world!

EGGS

When it came to getting eggs for whisking up brownies we knew who to go to. St Ewe Free Range Eggs are a free-range egg producer hailing from Cornwall in the South West of England. They have been farming for over 40 years.

 

BUTTER

Annoyingly it rains a lot in the West Country, but on the flip side this gives us great grass and from this the cows can produce knock out cream. Our neighbours in Cornwall make all our butter, which comes from Trewithen Dairy. We're confused why other people still use palm oil drenched margarine!
